The circle conference stared with Flag hosting. The National
flag was hoisted by Sri D.Theagarajan, SG, FNPO and NAPE flag by Sri D.Krishan
Rao. A seminar was contacted in welfare measures of the Department of Post to
its employees by Sri M.Nachimuthn AD [SR/WLF]
The
open session started in the evening. The key note address was delivered by Sri
D.Krishan Rao, GS NAPE Gr”C’. The G S EXPLAINED ABOUT LANUCHING OF NEW PROJECTS
IN THE DEPARTMENT AND THE RESPONLISBLITES OF MANAGEMENT AND WROKERS. Sri D.Theagarajan,
SG, FNPO in his deliberate address explained the present position in the DOP
and CG Employees movement. The other prominent speakers are P.U.Muralidharan, G
S NUGDS, Sri B.Shivakumar AGS & C/S KARNATAKA CIRCLE
