NOTICE

            Under the Article 28 of the constitution of the Union notice is hereby given for holding  57^th  CIRCLE WORKING COMMITTEE of the Union to be held at TIRUMALA KALYANA MANTAPA- MARUTHI EXTENSION, MALUR – 563130  at 3 – 00pm on 18-01-2014 to 21-01-2014 to consider the following items of the Agenda & place suitable resolutions before the Conference.

AGENDA

1. Adoption of Report of Activities for the Year 2011&2012[up to 31-3-2013]

2. Adoption of Audited Account for the period 1-04-2011 to 31-03-2013

3. Items 3 to 13 of the Agenda of the 22nd Circle Conference.

4. Budget Estimates.

5. Any other Subject with the permission of the Chair.

6. Vote of Thanks.
