1].Lekage in Manipal head office in Udupi division

You are aware that during rainy seasons there will  be heavy rains in Malnada and coastal areas. Due to this Manipal head office building is leaking and it needs urgent repairs.

Action may kindly be taken to get the leakage stopped by the earliest.

2]Leakage in Kulshekar head office in Mangalore Division

compound and also the post office. Hence urgent preventive action may be please taken. As in the case of Manipal head office there is heavy leakage in Kulshekar head office,which requires urgent repairs.

In addition to this during rainy season the water from the road enters the post office

There is no vehicle stand in Kulshekar head office. Action may please be taken to provide a vehicle stand by the earliest.

3]Maintenance of staff quarters at Ullal quarters and Lewell quarters in Mangalore Divison

The staff quarters at Ullal ant Lewell in Managlore division needs urgent maintenance work. Action may please be taken to undertake the maintenance work on priority basis.

4]Stopping of LSG officiating arrangement for those officials who have declined LSG promotion

It has come to notice of my union that in certain divisions the officials who have declined promotion to LSG are given the officiating arrangement. As per DG’s orders such officials are not entitled to officiating arrangement.

Suitable instructions may please be issued to all concerned to stop the irregular procedure.

5]Providing GDS MD to Ajekar SO under Karkala HO. The SSPOs says that this case pending with R.O. This may kindly be looked into.

6]Supply of drinking water at Vittal SO under Puttur HO :

There is no supply of drinking water at Vittal SO since many months  as the bore well submersible pump has gone out of order. Despite several requests the Divisional administration has not done the needful. They say that the RO approval is awaited. Therefore, this issue need be settled on priority.

7]Repairs to staff Quarters at Puttur

This is a pending case for years together. The staff  living in the quarters are in trouble due to heavy leakage during monsoon and non maintenance of other eminities . It is told that approval for carrying out the works was accorded vide RO No. SK/Bldg/P-348/IV dated 27.02.2013. But even after six months the work has not yet been commenced. RO may please asked to direct the concerned for immediate action.
