The Glorious Circle
Conference started with the open session on 7th April 2013 at
Burdwan Town Hall Before the open session a grand procession was organized with
slogans pertaining to CG Employees and Postal Workers. Open session stated
under the chairmanship of Sri Rajat S Das.
The inaugural address was delivered
by Sri D.Krishan Rao, General Secretary [NUPE Group’C’] Sri Rabi ranjan
Chattaopadhya Hon’ble Minister for Tech.Education, Trg, Sc, &Tech. &
Bio-Tech [W.B] was the Chief Guest. The open session was addressed by Sri
D.Theagarajan SG FNPO. Sri Sanjiv Ranjan DPS[HQ], Sri B.Shivakumar AGS, NAPE
Group’C’[C/S Karnataka Circle, Sri
P.U.Muraleedharan GS NUGDS, Sri Partha P Ghorai GS NUPC WINGE, Sri P.G.DUTTA Banik
C/S NUR Gr’C’, Sri T.N.Dutta C/S-NUR MM&MTS, Sri Sarbanjit Chakraborty C/S –NUPC
WNGE, Sri Arup Kr Chowdhury, C/S-AIPAOA-[PA&F] addressed the large
gathering.
On 08-o4-2013 the Subjects
Comminute was addressed by SG, FNPO, GS NAPEC, Sri B.Shivakumar ASG, FNPO. The conference
discussed about the strike of February 2013 at length. The GS discussed the various
problems confronting the class III Cadre and PM Grade & postal police 2013
