9th Federal Congress Subject Committe

The 9^th Federal Congress subject committee was held in Chennai from 08.08.2012 to 10.08.2012 at world University Service Centre Chennai. The congress subject committee was presided by Sri T.N.Rahate. On 8.8.2012 the house approved the agenda. The report for the period 1.4.2009 to 31.7.2012 was placed by the Secretary General at 11.a.m. after long deliberation the report was adopted at 2.00 P.M. after the lunch the Finance secretary presented an audited report for the period 2009-2010, 2010-2011 & 2011-2012. The account was passed by the house. The agenda was taken up. Delegates participated in the debate with more interest. The secretary General replied on all the point raised by the delegates. The second day proceedings were over by 8.00 P.M. on 10.8.2012 all the senior leaders & General Secretary’s & FWC members spoken on whittle issues. Sri D.Kishan Rao, General Secretary, NAPE Group ‘C’ deliberated regarding whittle issues like National Anomaly committee, MACP, anomalies National Postal policy, silent feature of draft national postal policy 2012, HSG recruitment rules, APM,( Accountants) Accountants, cadre-Structuring, Core Banking, Contributory Negligence, counting of past service of RTPS, Non Revision of OTA, Postmaster Cadre, System Administrator, Marketing Executives & Organization review. Historical IX Federal congress ended with National anthem.
