The open session started at 10-30AM

invocation followed by the Welcome address.

After the President speech and
proposing of vote of thanks the open session concluded.
After the Lunch the three unions met
seperately and held their subjects committee. The annual report and Audited
accounts were placed before the house and after discussion they were
adopted.
The local as well as other problems
were discussed. After this elections were held and the following were elected as
